· Using the Newsletter in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
7) Unsubscribe & Preference Management
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in our emails or by contacting us at [email protected]
. Unsubscribing may not immediately remove you from all communications (for example, legally required notices).
8) Privacy, Tracking & Data Use
We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy (linked on the Site). By subscribing, you acknowledge and consent to:
· The collection and processing of your email address, IP address, and related metadata.
· Use of email tracking (e.g., pixels) to measure opens, device and delivery diagnostics, and link tracking to measure clicks and campaign performance.
· Storage by and transfers to third-party email and analytics providers we use to operate the Newsletter.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws like GDPR/UK-GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and others. See our Privacy Policy for details and how to exercise your rights.
